2021 Utrecht Excellence Scholarships in Netherlands

Founded in 1636 and located in the heart of the Netherlands, Utrecht University is one of Europe’s leading research universities. We are recognised internationally for our high-quality, innovative approach to research and teaching.

As an international student, you’ll be in good company at Utrecht University. Every year, approximately 1,500 international students come to the university to take English-taught degree programmes and other courses. Students work and study closely together, learning to operate in an international environment from the outset. This is essential for scientists and scholars in our increasingly globalised world.

Utrecht University has signed the Dutch Code of Conduct (pdf) with respect to international students, which guarantees a proper recruitment, selection and coaching of international students.

Orange Knowledge Programme in the Netherlands

On 1 July 2017, the Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) entered a new phase as a new programme under the name Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP). OKP is initiated and fully funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Orange Knowledge Programme aims to advance the development of the capacity, knowledge and quality of both individuals as well as organisations in the field of Technical and Vocational Education and Training and Higher Education and in other fields related to priority themes in the OKP partner countries. The scholarships are awarded in a very competitive selection to highly motivated professionals who are in a position to introduce the newly-acquired skills and knowledge into their employing organisation.

Hanze Scholarship Master Degree for Non-EU in the Netherlands

Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, is located in the vibrant student city of Groningen. We have a wide variety of international Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes, Certificate and Exchange courses and our Hanze Summer School.
