Introduction

St. Joseph’s College of QuezonCity was founded in 1932 by the Dutch Franciscan Sisters of Veghel. It is now owned and administered by the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception of the Holy Mother of God. The College operates five academic departments: Special Education, Kinder-Grade School, High School, College of Arts and Sciences and Graduate School.

General Application Procedure

Undergraduate:

High School Graduates

  • Application Form (downloadable from the website)
  • High School Report Card (Form 138)
  • Letter of recommendation from the Principal, Guidance Counselor or Office of Student Affairs of school of origin
  • Authenticated Birth Certificate (original and photocopy) for verification
  • Two ID pictures (1X1)

Married Applicants

  • Original copy of marriage contract for presentation and photocopy for submission

Foreign Applicants

  • Certification of registration for aliens issued by the Bureau of Immigration
  • Birth certificate (with an English translation and duly notarized)
  • Passport

Required documents in securing Student Visa:

  • Letter of acceptance from the admitting school with official dry seal.
  • Notarized proof of adequate financial support.
  • Scholastic records and diploma duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or consulate in the applicant’s country of origin.
  • Quarantine Medical Clearance from the National Quarantine Office in the Philippines.
  • Five copies (5) of original personal history statement with a 2×2 inch photograph recently taken.

Graduate:

First Year Applicants:

  • Official Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records and Application Form at the Graduate School Office;
  • Certificate of Honorable Dismissal from the last school attended;
  • Pay Admissions Test Fee;
  • Take Admissions Test;
  • Report for Interview with the Dean; and
  • Submit Official Transcript of Records and two(2) 1″x1″ ID picture (for those who qualify)
  • Xerox copy of authenticated Birth Certificate and Marriage Contract (married applicants)

Married Applicants:
