National Changhua University of Education has launched the “International Master Program in Engineering” in Fall 2022. International students interested in artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, information technology, and smart manufacturing are welcome to join this program.

Government Scholarships Ministry of Education
- Taiwan Scholarship Program (a monthly stipend of NT$ 20,000 for graduate students)
- Ministry of Education Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program (a Monthly stipend of NT$ 25,000)
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs Taiwan Scholarship Program (NT$30,000 monthly for degree programs)
NCUE Scholarships
- New Student Enrollment Incentive for Foreign Students (tuition fee and on-campus accommodation fee exemptions for the first year)
- Entrusted grants and scholarships for underprivileged students Scholarship for Students Outstanding in both Academic and Conduct Performance
- Student emergency grants
(only select either government scholarships or NCUE student grants, but not both.)
Eligibility
- Applicants must be a foreign national with a bachelor’s degree.
