Applicant qualifications :
– Must have completed study in grade 12 or equivalent or expected to complete by June 2023
– Have an outstanding academic performance

– Be an ASEAN country citizen (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore & Vietnam)
