The Chinese University of Hong Kong is a public research-oriented comprehensive university with eight faculties of literature, business, education, engineering, law, medicine, science and social sciences, a total of 60 departments and 32 major research institutes, offering over 100 programs Bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programmes cover a wide range of subjects.

What makes these programmes special? They are all interdisciplinary programmes jointly offered by two to three departments and faculties, meaning that students can acquire professional knowledge from more than one discipline, satisfying their diverse interests in learning and creating even more opportunities in employment and further study in the future. Some of these new programmes are the first of its kind in Asia or even the world, destined to be our flagship programmes. For students who appreciate an innovative and flexible learning experience, especially those who enjoy STEM subjects, these choices cannot be missed!
