At NPU, they actively recruit outstanding international students and cultivate them in all aspects to become future scholars, entrepreneurs, and global leaders. Supported by the copious scholarships from NPU, the international family currently has 1300 students from 107 different nationalities, and they are planning to enroll more than 600 outstanding students and scholars in 2022.

1. CSC – Bilateral Program (Type A)：
- November 15th, 2021 – July 31st, 2022
- Admission results will be announced based on the notification of Chinese Scholarship Council.
2. Xi’an City “The Belt and Road” International Student Scholarship and NPU President Scholarship Applicants：
- 1st Batch: November 15th, 2021 – April 15th, 2022
- Admission results will be announced at the end of April 2022.
- 2nd Batch: April 16th, 2022 – May 15th, 2022
- Admission results will be announced at the end of May 2022.
- 3rd Batch: May 16th, 2022 – June 15th, 2022
- Admission results will be announced at the end of June 2022.
3. Self-supported Applicants:
- November 15th, 2021 – June 15th, 2022
- Admission results will be announced at the end of June 2022.
*The application system will still be available during the winter vacation. Due to the limited quota available for NPU, applicants are strongly advised to apply early. Early applicants will be given merit-based priority for the scholarship.
